The CaptureOnTouch Scan to QuickBooks Online Plugin Pro software is offered as an optional, add-on component to be installed with Canon CaptureOnTouch software. It is designed to help the subscribers of Intuit's QuickBooks Online® (QBO) to streamline accounting tasks. It can be used by accountants, bookkeepers, small or medium sized business owners, and any other QBO users, to quickly and intuitively scan batches of receipts, extract receipt contents such as payee, amount, date, etc., and automatically upload receipt information directly to their QBO account. The software is compatible with select Canon imageFORMULA document scanner models including R40, RS40, R50, P-208II, P-215II and DR-C225 II, all of which come bundled with Canon CaptureOnTouch software.
