The HP PageWide Advantage 2200 is a high-volume web press built for commercial printing, direct mail, catalogs, flyers, and other demanding color applications that need speed, consistency, and flexibility in one production platform. It supports a broad range of media, including offset-coated glossy, satin, silk, and matte stocks, along with inkjet-treated and uncoated papers. The press is designed around HP Brilliant Ink, HP Optimizer, and HP HDNA printheads to deliver strong image quality while supporting heavier media and longer production runs. It is also built to scale as production needs grow, with upgrade paths for drying, web cooling, and digital front-end capability. Printing speed reaches up to 800 feet per minute (244 m/min) in Mono Performance Mode and Performance Economy Color Mode, and up to 500 feet per minute (152 m/min) in Performance, Performance HDK, and Quality modes. Maximum duty cycle is listed at 90 million U.S. letter images per month / 85 million A4 images per month in mono and Performance Economy Color, and 62 million U.S. letter images per month / 58 million A4 images per month in the higher-quality production modes.
